Before you pay
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. From Settings, in a couple of clicks. You keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for and you aren’t charged again.
- What happens to my pictures if I stop?
- They stay. Every picture drawn for your stories is yours to keep, with or without Plus.
- Why are there daily limits on Plus?
- Each picture is drawn for you by an image model and costs us real money. The limits sit far above what a reader uses, and keep Plus affordable.
- Can I get a refund?
- Write to us within 14 days of a payment and we’ll refund it if something went wrong. Pictures already drawn stay.
- Monthly or yearly?
- Yearly is $59.99 once a year, the same as $5 a month: about three months free compared with paying monthly.
- Who takes the payment?
- Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. They handle the card, sales tax and VAT, and send your receipts.
